At Bespoke Modular Living, we handle all returns and product issues on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best outcome for each customer.

Change of Mind or Order Cancellation:

If you decide to cancel your order or request a refund due to a change of mind or other issues, 50% of the total amount paid will be retained, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at 03 8001 8084 or info@bespokemodularliving.com.au if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You receive the wrong item
  • There are any quality concerns

How to Report an Issue

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the issue
  3. Include your order number and description of the problem
