How to Pre-order
Since all our pods are made to order, we’ve outlined a simple step-by-step process for pre-ordering and payment below:
Step 1: Explore Your Options
Visit our website or contact our sales team to review available office pod models, sizes, and customization options.
Decide on the features you need, such as, electrical fittings, or interior design preferences.
Step 2: Request a Quote
Submit a request for a personalized quote via our website or by emailing our sales team.
Provide details such as; Desired model and size, Customization requirements, Delivery address and preferred timeline
Step 3: Confirm Your Order
Once you receive your quote, review it and confirm your order by signing the provided agreement or sending written confirmation via email.
Ensure all specifications and delivery details are accurate before proceeding.
Step 4: Make a Deposit Payment
To secure your order, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is required.
Payment can be made via: Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card or Handypay (Check with our team)
Step 5: Production Begins
Once the deposit is received, we will begin crafting your office pod to your specifications.
Production through to delivery typically takes 6-8 weeks), depending on customization and demand.
Step 6: Final Payment
Before delivery, the remaining balance 50% will be invoiced and must be paid in full.
Once payment is confirmed, we will schedule the delivery to your specified location. (If installation is required, please let us know)
Step 7: Enjoy Your Office Pod
Your custom office pod will be delivered, installed, and ready for use. Enjoy your new soundproof, private workspace!
